Terms of Service.
Bookings & Deposits
A $20 CAD non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final service total. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment until you receive confirmation from us.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Changes within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. Deposits remain non-refundable.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and their deposit forfeited. Failure to attend without notice forfeits the deposit; a second no-show may result in permanent loss of booking privileges.
Pricing & Payment
Quoted prices are starting prices and may vary with hair length, density, and style complexity. Cash, debit, credit, and e-transfer are accepted, with the remaining balance due after service.
Hair Preparation
Hair must arrive clean, product free, and detangled. Appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion if hair is not properly prepared.
